- Erect a distinctive 'To Let' board to promote your property.
- Carry out strict referencing and financial checks.
- Provide tenancy agreements and relevant notices to protect your legal rights.
- Notify relevant authorities and utilities suppliers of the change of occupancy.
- Renew the tenancy agreement for a new term if appropriate.
- Offer optional services including a preferential inventory and tenant check out service.
Comprehensive service
Michael James & Co will:
- Ensure an inventory is prepared ???? content and conditions.
- Dedicated property management co-ordinator undertake specified routine ????? checks to ensure the property is kept in good order.
- Organise any necessary repair work using our panel of contractors.
- Your dedicated property management co-ordinator will visit the property at agreed time and date to check the tenant out of the property. they will access any damage and unreasonable wear and tear once they are ready to leave or you require the property back.
- Process the tenants deposits.
